Easy Banana Bread Recipe 

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Only a few pantry staples are needed. Overripe bananas are the secret to that deep banana flavor and soft texture.

Mash bananas, then mix with sugar, eggs, and butter. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. No mixer required!

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for about 55–65 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean from the center.

Enjoy warm or cooled. Add nuts, chocolate chips, or a cinnamon swirl for a twist on the classic version.

Wrap in foil or store in an airtight container for 3–4 days at room temp. It also freezes well for up to 3 months.
